UCP Annual Meetings

Unity Center of Pittsburgh (UCP) is required to hold an annual membership meeting to share important information with our members and friends. We review the prior year financials, accomplishments and goals for the year ahead.

2025

Key highlights include the introduction of Rev. Arlene Meyer as the Minister of Record, acceptance of the 2024 minutes, review of 2024 events and 2025 plans, progress on community service projects like the Prison Book Project, the treasurer's report showing a slight financial loss in 2024, board member updates including the election of Carlos Roa, current metrics for YouTube and Facebook, attendance trends, and 2025 goals: specific projects with Rev. Arlene Meyer,  increasing in-person attendance, and refreshing the UCP website.

2024

These 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved on June 1, 2025 by those who attended the 2025 Annual Meeting. Going forward, Annual Meeting Minutes will be approved by attendees within one (1) week of the Annual Meeting.

UNITY PRINCIPLES

God is the source and creator of all; there is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.

We are spiritual beings created in God's image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore all people are inherently good.

We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.

Through prayer and meditation, we increase our conscious contact with God, bringing forth love, wisdom, health, prosperity, and everything good.

Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough; we must live them!
