Greetings to Our Members and Friends of Unity Center of Pittsburgh!
The past several months have been a time of unprecedented change in our world, in our personal lives and in our own spiritual community. As we enter the last quarter of 2020, we reflect with gratitude on all that we have accomplished! It is amazing that we have been able to continue live streaming our Sunday services to bring you weekly inspired messages and quality musical performances. Within our small spiritual community, we are surrounded by a talented group of dedicated souls!
We celebrate our successes and our commitment to Spirit through the words of anthropologist Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
As 2021 approaches, our desire is to glean insight from you to determine the next steps that our center is to undertake. We send forth this letter to ask for your feedback…an honest appraisal of your concerns, desires and opinions. To stimulate your thought processes we have included a list of ideas that have arisen from within our leadership team. This list is not all-inclusive…it is meant to activate the joy-barometer within your own heart to consider these broader goals: How may we serve you... and how do we, as a collective group, ensure that the Unity Center of Pittsburgh remains a viable, thriving and supportive spiritual presence in the Pittsburgh community and at large?
