About the event

Have some summertime fun, cool off by the pool, and connect with the Pittsburgh area Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) at this potluck picnic hosted by Doug and Judy Knueven!

There will be burgers, hot dogs, and soft drinks provided. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

This year's picnic we will have a brief presentation by Paulette Glover about the pineal gland. Paulette is an author, mindfulness teacher, and dedicated meditator. She believes that through understanding the heart-mind connection of vibration, energy, and intention, the body is able to be liberated from wounds from the past. Paulette is the author of Mindfully Ever After, an easy-to-read book offering 52 chapters of guidance, tips, and advice to help relationships preserve the sanctity of forever love by living in the zone of mindfulness. UNITY PRINCIPLES

God is the source and creator of all; there is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.

We are spiritual beings created in God's image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore all people are inherently good.

We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.

Through prayer and meditation, we increase our conscious contact with God, bringing forth love, wisdom, health, prosperity, and everything good.

Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough; we must live them!
