The Power of Focused Ministry with Rev. Shad Groverland

Rev. Shad Groverland, the President and CEO of Unity Worldwide Ministries is visiting Pittsburgh to teach a full-day leadership workshop on Saturday, April 22nd, and speak the next day at Sunday Services.

This timely 1-day workshop is designed for ministry leaders, future leaders, and those who train these leaders. All churches and organizations that serve are invited to attend, so please share this event with anyone you know who wants to improve attendance, giving, and impact within their ministry.

WHY ATTEND? The world of ministry is rapidly changing and there is a chance we could be left behind unless we can acquire tools that will keep us current, relevant, focused, impactful, and enjoying the work we do. Through presentation, group discussion, brainstorming, and connecting with Spirit, we will learn these tools that create the foundation for a thriving modern ministry.

Rev. Shad’s Unity experience is vast and long-term. He has served as a youth director, board trustee, youth camp counselor, youth and family team leader, and Next Generation Unity minister advisor. In 2018, he was appointed to the UWM Board of Trustees and served as Secretary of the Board in 2019 and 2020. During his tenure on the board, Shad served on multiple teams focused on shaping the future of the Unity Movement and has continued this legacy of revitalization into his current position as President/CEO. His sole purpose in this role is to support and equip Unity ministries and other community leaders to thrive and grow.

Note: this workshop has a suggested fee of $50. All proceeds benefit Unity of Pittsburgh. CEU Credits are included, too!

This workshop is worth 5 CEU credits. Registration is a sliding scale and all are welcome.
