About the event

Unity Center of Pittsburgh invites you to attend Western Yoga for All, a short program developed using the guidelines in the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce.

No matter where you are on the scale of fitness, you can benefit from this daily investment of just 15 minutes of gentle, low-impact lymphatic exercises designed for people of all ages and abilities.

Western Yoga movements will help you to:

  • Restore  strength
  • Improve flexibility
  • Prevent the loss of body and mind function associated with inactivity

A healthy lunch will be served at noon. There is plenty of free parking on the street and in the lot across the street.

In order to practice Western Yoga you only need a small space, soft shoes, comfortable clothes, and 15 minutes. You'll begin feeling better in no time!

All are welcome. A love offering of $10 is suggested.

To pay at the event, register above.
