This weekend (Sun 1/14) we turned our thoughts to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the ties that do bind us together, rather than those that seem
to be tearing us apart. How can each of us become part of the passage
through the darkness? What light can each one of us shed for our families,
our neighborhoods, and our city? 99% of us will never deliver a rousing speech
from the steps of a national monument, or have a national holiday declared in our honor.
Cheryl Lowitzer shared her commitment/passion for continuing to work toward the realization of Dr. King's dream.
