You are the living, breathing experience of God expressing Itself into this world. Today we will explore the deeper meaning of the Trinity as explained through Unity teachings. With spiritual understanding, we know that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are contained within us, forever becoming our Divine Mind, Divine Idea and Divine Expression. Unity co-founder Charles Fillmore explained in this way: “Throw yourself out of the Trinity and you become an onlooker. Throw yourself into the Trinity and you become its avenue of expression.”

From this perspective, we can personally relate to our God-Power. This personal relationship gives rise to our fullest expression. Where once the Trinity may have existed only as conceptual deities, we now feel a clearer connection to the Mind of God expressing as us.
