Karen Litzinger is a long-time friend of Unity and a career counselor in private practice for decades seeing clients virtually and in-person. Karen infuses Unity’s practice

of affirmations into her professional work through cognitive psychology.

She recently published an award-winning book that focuses on affirmations

and positive self-talk to cope with the emotional ups and downs of the job search.

Karen also hosted a World Gratitude Day celebration in Pittsburgh for several years.
